PrivateCarJohor.com only provides private car transportation service to/from Changi Airport and Senai International Airport (Johor Bahru Airport).

All booking for private car transfer service MUST be made at least 48 hours in advance. Anywhere, booking made less than 48 hours before pick up time will be subjected to availability of vehicle.

You can reserve our private car anytime before the pickup date. But we’re encourage you to book at least 2 days in advance.

Pick up time may vary. Please allow a 30 minutes window for your driver to arrive (15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time). For example, if you pick up time is 10am, your vehicle may arrive between 9.45am and 10.15am.

PrivateCarJohor.com offers private transfer service with Toyota Alphard, Toyota Innova, Hyundai Starex at flat prices per vehicle. Pricing depends on your final destination.

All our transfer fares is per vehicle but not per passenger.

You can pay in cash to the driver in Singapore Dollar (SGD). We do not accept credit card payment.

On the Reservation tab, kindly fill in all the necessary details and submit the form to us. Our customer service will reply the quotation to you via email within 24 hours.

We will email or WhatsApp the driver details (contact number, driver name & vehicle number) to you 12 hours to 24 hours before the pick up date.

Any changes you wish to make to your travel schedule MUST be informed 24 hours before travelling date.

Singapore is connected to Malaysia via Causeway (Woodlands) and 2nd Link (Tuas). Johor Bahru town is closed to Causeway whereas Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, Legoland Malaysia, Nusajaya, Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park, Gelang Patah are closed to 2nd Link.

No. Passenger just need to sit in our private car for entire journey.

Yes, We provide one way trip and return trip service. Besides that, we also provide multiple trip private transfer service.

Yes. Our driver will help you load your travel luggage into the car.

All the rates listed in table is fixed rates. (Peak Season Charge apply for selected Holidays)
