1.What airports do you provide private car transportation service? only provides private car transportation service to/from Changi Airport and Senai International Airport (Johor Bahru Airport).

2.How far in advance do I need to make booking for private car service?

All booking for private car transfer service MUST be made at least 48 hours in advance. Anywhere, booking made less than 48 hours before pick up time will be subjected to availability of vehicle.

3.How long in advance should I reserve a private car?

You can reserve our private car anytime before the pickup date. But we’re encourage you to book at least 2 days in advance.

4.When can I expect my driver to arrive on the day of scheduled private transfer service?

Pick up time may vary. Please allow a 30 minutes window for your driver to arrive (15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your scheduled pick up time). For example, if you pick up time is 10am, your vehicle may arrive between 9.45am and 10.15am.

5.What type of transportation service is offered by your company? offers private transfer service with Toyota Alphard, Toyota Innova, Hyundai Starex at flat prices per vehicle. Pricing depends on your final destination.

6.Transfer fares is per vehicle or per passenger?

All our transfer fares is per vehicle but not per passenger.

7.How do I pay for my hired private car?

You can pay in cash to the driver in Singapore Dollar (SGD). We do not accept credit card payment.

8.What should I do if my choice of destination is not listed in your transfer service?

On the Reservation tab, kindly fill in all the necessary details and submit the form to us. Our customer service will reply the quotation to you via email within 24 hours.

9.When can I receive the driver details?

We will email or WhatsApp the driver details (contact number, driver name & vehicle number) to you 12 hours to 24 hours before the pick up date.

10.How long in advance if I wish to make any change to my travel schedule?

Any changes you wish to make to your travel schedule MUST be informed 24 hours before travelling date.

11.What are the difference between Causeway (Woodlands) and 2nd Link (Tuas)?

Singapore is connected to Malaysia via Causeway (Woodlands) and 2nd Link (Tuas). Johor Bahru town is closed to Causeway whereas Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, Legoland Malaysia, Nusajaya, Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park, Gelang Patah are closed to 2nd Link.

12.What is the best time to travel to Johor in order to avoid traffic jams at 2nd Link or Causeway?

Best time to travel to Johor is on weekday before 5pm.

13.Do passenger need to get off at Johor Custom and Singapore Immigration?

No. Passenger just need to sit in our private car for entire journey.

14.Do you provide return trip transfer service?

Yes, We provide one way trip and return trip service. Besides that, we also provide multiple trip private transfer service.

15.Will my driver help with my travel luggage?

Yes. Our driver will help you load your travel luggage into the car.
